1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Super Media Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Super Media Studio is a browser-based media processing platform that provides tools for editing video and audio files. Key features include:

• Video trimming, splitting, merging, and compression
• Audio editing and format conversion
• Subtitle creation and editing
• Format conversion for various media types

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

4. Free and Pro Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

• File size limit of 100 MB per file
• Up to 10 processing operations per day
• Access to basic features

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan ($4.99/month or $41.88/year) includes:

• File size limit of 1 GB per file
• Unlimited processing operations
• Batch processing capabilities
• Advanced export formats (ProRes, HEVC)
• Advanced customization options
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience

5. Payment Terms

For Pro subscriptions:

• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that violates any law or regulation
• Process content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Process content that is harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Super Media Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you process using our Service. We claim no ownership or rights to your media files.

8. Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you process using our Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws

Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to, store, or transmit your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The operation or availability of the Service
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• That the Service will meet your requirements
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Media Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Super Media Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you process using the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• No refund will be provided for the current billing period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by:

• Posting a notice on our website
• Sending an email to registered users
• Updating the "Last updated" date

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
